The new form of financing was intended to make it easier for private art lovers to purchase high-quality art and to offer companies the opportunity to equip their reception areas and offices with changing, representative pieces of art and benefit from tax deductions on the leasing instalments. The idea was quickly well received and shortly after Art Leasing & Invest AG was founded, the first leasing contracts were concluded.
Since then, our ART LEASING has enjoyed increasing acceptance among private and institutional clients as well as renowned galleries who wish to sell works of art in the form of a lease. On the basis of the acquired know-how, Art Leasing & Invest AG has developed further innovative solutions for the financing, analysis and the professional management of their pieces of art.
